Respect all players: All players have the right to be spoken to or addressed in a respectful manner. Players are all users that play on the Phoenix Network.
Player and account safety: Players have the right to play in an environment which is safe from account phishing, scamming, and account selling.
Cheating and exploiting: Players have the right to play in an environment which is fair and free of cheating and exploiting.
Sensible Creative and Artistic Content: We encourage players to be creative in art and designs in a way that doesn’t damage the experience of others. This includes all content such as drawings, item names, skins, and capes, which are created by players.
Using bugs and glitches to cheat: Players who will find doing cheating by using bugs or glitches can lead to a permanent ban.
PRIVACY POLICY
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our website.
When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: Username, e-mail address, password (Which is Encrypted), Date of Birth (Not required) and Sex (Not required). The Name usually isn’t ever a personal name, but an anonymous alias for your characters username. We also record your IP address when you register to help verify you are not a bot. We don’t require any personal information to register.
You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
Store payments are handed by Third party’s
We do not store any of the personal information entered when purchasing digital items though our store, all of this information is handed by third parties.
Our store page redirects to the Buycraft service that acts as a store front and processes payments through either PayPal or Stripe.
Buycraft have developed their own system for players to have their own accounts, for players to exercise their data rights under GDPR, Requests should be directed to BuyCraft as the data controller so they can educate the player how how to maage their data though the Tebex Accounts system, BuyCrafts Notice on GDPR can be found here.

We do not store any information related to payments through the store, That is all handed by the third parties listed above.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

This information is saved in our MySQL database for our website, all password are encrypted and never listed as plain text.

We also reserve the right to change the contents of a specific rank – the benefits of a certain rank can change, and you will not be entitled to the old rank benefits if we change it. 5) Any staff, owners, hosts, advertisers, officers, directors, employees, partners, and all other parties related to this servers staff reserve the right, with the appropriate permissions, to forcibly make you leave the server, permanently or temporarily, with no chance of refund – however this will never be unwarranted, this will only happen in the case of extreme rule-breaking. If you obey the rules, you will never be banned, plain and simple.
6) All terms and conditions are in effect indefinitely as soon as the contract is accepted, and will remain to be active even after you quit, are banished, removed, or if you leave the server/website/forum in any way.
Refund Policy: All sales are final, you may not buyback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have been paid. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued play on the server/website/forums and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. We reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back.
